- Conference is generated upon creation
- Max Participants reserves the max simultaneous callers only
for scheduled conferences. Reserved spots are always available, even if
the conference room is empty
- Type Open join with no pin required
- Type Private join with any valid pin
- Type Restricted join with only a valid pin from included participant list
- Start Date / Time set conference only available after the specified time, otherwise
always available if blank
- Duration set conference only available for specified duration. Once the time limit is
reached, callers will be removed from the conference
- Leader any member marked as 'Leader' must join in order for
the conference to start
- Lecture only members marked as 'Leader' will be able to speak in
the conference. Non-leader members can be un-muted by a moderator
- Recording automatically starts recording. Recording can be also
controlled in the 'Active Conferences' screen

- Administrator includes leader, moderator and full web privileges
- Additional Note if the type is 'Private', the included participants permissions will override
the respective user permissions assigned in the 'User Editor'
Usage Example - Bob Smith has no permissions in the system. He is
added to the included participants list of a 'Private' conference with a
permission of 'Moderator'. He now has permission to log into 'Active
Conferences' and control the conference. If the Type is
'Restricted', only the members in the included participants list
will be able to join.
